Meet Katie.

Katie Kirkpatrick-Husk, Ph.D., brings more than a decade of experience designing and leading employee listening programs and translating research into organizational decisions.

Her experience includes leading Microsoft’s global employee listening function, serving approximately 220,000 employees, and building people analytics and employee listening capability at Weyerhaeuser.

She combines the scientific grounding of an Industrial/Organizational psychologist with firsthand experience leading complex programs, so findings are both rigorous and usable by the leaders who need them.
